My husband and I stayed here for a quick valentines getaway and we loved it! It’s in a beautiful and quiet location but still close to the amenities of Bloomington. The entire space was extremely clean and comfortable. The sauna was an incredible plus.

We had a lovely stay. The first thing I noticed was the clean welcoming smell. The house was sparkling clean and very cozy. The bed linens were high quality and so comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely return.

When we get out of town, usually I’m just looking for an inexpensive place that has a bed and a shower because we’re gonna spend most of our time out and about. Unfortunately, we picked one of the colder weeks so far in 2026 and therefore were limited in what we could do. Brooks place was very comfortable to hang out in.

It was a very peaceful stay. The property, a converted church, has a unique and charming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the sauna, which added a relaxing touch. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly return.

Very very clean and wonderful location for a getaway. Lots of amenities at the house to make you feel like you are at home. Close enough to Bloomington to enjoy the restaurants and many things to do there. Will come back!

This Airbnb was one of the best I have ever booked and I have been using this app for years! Not only does it have great history to it, but its open, beautifully decorated, quiet, easy to find, has such fun features and is super comfortable. For anyone traveling to the Bloomington Indiana area, its a great find!

We had a great stay and were pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the home. It exceeded our expectations. The location was easy to find, quiet, and spacious—perfect for our family of six. Having separate upstairs and downstairs spaces was a huge bonus.
The kids loved the Escape Room, and the host was quick to help with clues. We enjoyed games, the large hot tub, and celebrating New Year’s together.
We’d happily stay again—thank you!

We LOVED this place. It was a very homey updated feel and anything you could need was supplied. The sauna was a huge bonus. You can see the lake from the front door through some trees. It was beautiful!

If you stay at Cedar House, you won’t be disappointed! It was perfect for our family holiday gathering. Brook and Corey provided everything we needed. The house was cozy. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Highly recommend staying here!

One of our favorite stays ever! Probably the cleanest rental we have ever walked into. So much for our family to do in the space which fit our family of homebodies perfectly. Our kids didn’t say “bored” all weekend!
Loved the hot tub/back deck, awesome game selection, and the vintage typewriter. Our kids loved typing up letters for friends.
Easy drive to restaurants and shops. We loved Trailhead Pizza and Morgenstern Books.
Our kids are already asking to come back. Thanks for a great stay!
